We keep all your information confidential. We will never sell or give it to anyone.
Security
When you provide us with any personal information including your name, address, e-mail and credit card number,
it is processed over a secure connection on secure servers. We use Secure Socket Layers (SSL) to encrypt all
information you provide before sending it to our servers. SSL is the industry standard and the best software
available for secure ecommerce transactions.
Order cancellation policy
You may cancel your order without penalty before the order has been shipped. Any order submitted through
this web site will usually ship within 48 hours. If your order has been shipped, you may return the order
for 100% refund of the purchase price, but you will be responsible for the shipping both ways. We reserve
the right to cancel an order for merchandise that is advertised in error. Charge backs from credit card
issuing banks are subject to the above policies.
Return Policy
Damaged items will be replaced or credited. If for any reason you need to return damaged
items to us, please e-mail us first. When we receive the items back, we will then credit your credit card
account in full for the product(s). Non-defective, unopened items are refunded 100% of purchase price, but shipping
charges are not refundable. All products must be returned in "as-new" condition in original packaging. Please
package non-defective items well and insure them, as The Kings Vineyard assumes no liability for returns that are
lost or damaged in shipping. Save your tracking numbers! Non-defective items must be returned with shipping pre-paid.
Backorders
An item may occasionally be out of stock or sell out before your order is processed. We will
accept orders for out-of-stock items. If the item you order is not in stock, you will be notified before we place
it on backorder. It will be shipped to you when it becomes available.
Shipping
Most orders will process within 24 hours. We cannot ship to post office boxes. Please include a
physical address for delivery. The Kings Vineyard only ships merchandise to the continental U.S. at this time.
Sales tax
The Kings Vineyard is registered in the state of Texas, therefore residents of Texas will be
charged an 8% sales tax as required by law.

The Kings Vineyard accepts VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, AMERICAN EXPRESS and PAYPAL.

consequential, or punitive damages relating to the compatibility of products sold.

Typographical errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from
our suppliers, The Kings Vineyard shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect
price without prior notification. The Kings Vineyard shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order
has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and the order is
cancelled, we will immediately issue a credit to the credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
